ESG Governance Structure
While the Board and its committees maintain oversight, our executive team is responsible for the execution of our ESG-program and initiatives. The Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, who reports directly to the President and CEO, is the highest-level management position responsible for Chorus’ sustainability program. The Chorus Executive Committee (comprising of the President and CEO and the executives who report directly to him) is responsible and accountable for the approval and implementation of our sustainability program.
