Stéphan Durand

Co-President, Elisen & Associates

Stéphan Durand is the Co-President of Elisen and has been part of leading the organization since its inception in 1997.

With over 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Stéphan built his career as an aerospace engineer at Bombardier and Bell Helicopter, where he held key positions in engineering, program management, and procurement.

An active member of the Montreal aerospace and business community, Stéphan previously served as a board member of the Quebec Aerospace Association (AQA) and as a member of Hydro-Quebec’s advisory board for energy efficiency. He is also a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).

Stéphan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from McGill University.
