As founder of KADEX Aero, John has played a pivotal role in the company’s steady growth since its establishment in 1994.

John brings extensive aerospace experience spanning aircraft operations, maintenance, and executive management. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles including Vice President, Operations Manager, Chief Pilot, and Transport Canada Inspector, contributing deep regulatory insight and operational excellence to the organization.

From 1978 to 1994, John served as a commercial pilot, flying a diverse range of aircraft including the King Air, MU‑2, Citation, DHC‑8, Metro, and various Cessna® and Piper single‑ and twin‑engine aircraft. His broad operational background continues to inform KADEX Aero’s safety‑first culture and commitment to technical excellence.
