Jill McKim is Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary at Chorus Aviation Inc., overseeing corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters. In addition to her primary legal and governance responsibilities, she serves as the Privacy Officer. Jill held several positions within Chorus, gaining experience in public company governance, regulatory reporting, and corporate ethics.

Jill graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a BBA and LL.B., and completed the Osgoode Certificate in ESG, Climate Risk and the Law in 2022. Jill also holds the FSA credential from the IFRS Foundation, supporting her expertise in financial standards and governance.
