People

By creating a welcoming and safe space for all through education and visible allyship, we find new opportunities that help us all grow.
Wellness
At Chorus, we are committed to fostering a healthy, inclusive, and supportive workplace for all employees. Our team members have 24/7 access to an Employee and Family Assistance Program (“EFAP”), which provides confidential counselling and wellness resources tailored to individual needs. The EFAP also includes immediate access to professional support in times of crisis or personal difficulty.
We offer appropriate accommodations for employees recovering from workplace injuries or illnesses, whether they require temporary or permanent adjustments. This includes modified duties and flexible return-to-work planning to help ensure a successful reintegration. Our return-to-work strategies prioritize employee dignity, health, and productivity.
Recognizing the diverse needs of our workforce, we continue to offer flexible working arrangements developed during the pandemic, including hybrid work-from-home options wherever operationally feasible. These arrangements support work-life balance and contribute to our ongoing employee wellness efforts.
It is important to us that that all employees feel comfortable being who they are. To that end, Chorus upholds a Gender Affirmation Policy that affirms the rights of transgender and non-binary employees. The policy outlines expectations for respectful behaviour and supports employees’ rights to express their gender identity in a way that feels authentic and affirming.
These initiatives reflect our broader commitment to psychological safety, accessibility, and an inclusive culture where everyone feels supported to thrive.
Diversity
We maintain a broad view of diversity which encompasses aspects of identity beyond the obvious, including personality, learning styles, geography and functional expertise. Of key focus is the diversification of talent in leadership pipelines within Chorus.
At Chorus, we believe that a truly sustainable organization is one where all individuals are valued, respected and empowered. Our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (“EDI”) is woven into the fabric of our culture and operations. We recognize that diverse perspectives strengthen innovation, decision-making, and performance – and we are actively building a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and fosters a sense of belonging for all.
